FAQ
Is the valuation really free? Do I have to sell?
Yes. Both desk and on-site valuations are free, and there is no obligation to sell. You are welcome even if you just want to know the market value.
Can I sell with a mortgage remaining?
If the sale price repays the loan it is a normal sale; if not (negative equity) we arrange a voluntary sale with the creditor’s consent. This is our specialty.
Can I sell without the neighbors knowing?
Yes. We can sell privately without signs or advertising, or sell directly to a partner buyer.
Can I keep living in the home after selling?
Yes, through a leaseback (you rent the home after selling). A buy-back option can also be arranged.
What documents are needed?
None for a desk valuation. For an on-site valuation, the title register, floor plans and a loan balance statement help us be more accurate.
